Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or for no-shows, Maiza Beauty currently does not charge an automatic fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Completed services
Beauty services cannot be returned once performed. If you believe a service was not delivered with reasonable care and skill or does not match what was agreed, please contact us promptly at maizabeauty.nl@gmail.com. We will assess the concern and offer an appropriate solution where required. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Online bookings and the 14-day withdrawal period
Where Dutch or EU withdrawal rights apply to a booking made at a distance, you may withdraw within 14 days. If you ask us to begin the service during that period, you may be required to pay for the part already provided. Once a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, the statutory right of withdrawal may end.

Refund timing
Where a refund is agreed or legally required, it will be made using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
