Terms of Service

These terms apply to appointments and beauty services provided by Maiza Beauty at Warmoesstraat 155, 1012 JC Amsterdam.

Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide accurate contact details and arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment so that later clients are not delayed.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Hair-service prices may be presented as a range because the final price depends on hair length, volume, condition, products required and the agreed result. The expected price will be confirmed before the service begins. Payment is accepted by card or cash.

Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule without charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or for no-shows, Maiza Beauty currently does not charge an automatic fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Health and safety
Before a service, please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication or previous reactions that may affect the treatment. A patch test or consultation may be required, and we may decline or adjust a service where reasonably necessary for safety.

Results and concerns
Beauty-service results vary according to individual characteristics and aftercare. If you have a concern about a service, contact us promptly so we can assess it and propose a reasonable solution. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Online bookings and withdrawal rights
Where Dutch or EU statutory withdrawal rights apply to an online booking, you may withdraw within 14 days. If you expressly request that a service begin during that period, the statutory rules for services started or fully performed with your consent will apply.

Complaints
Complaints can be sent to maizabeauty.nl@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
